In all of my management roles, people have always been at the heart of everything I do. I’ve witnessed firsthand how crucial it is for individuals to feel valued, with their strengths placed in positions that align with their unique personalities. This belief inspired me to start my own successful career coaching business in Germany, where I had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients find jobs that matched their skills and passions.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management, which has further strengthened my expertise in leadership and business management.

In 2019, I relocated with my family to the beautiful town of Nelson, and since then, I've spent nearly five years working in business and project management for a local building company. During this time, I also had the opportunity to help clients express their personalities through interior design, blending another of my passions with my professional work.

Today, I am focused on helping individuals navigate their career and leadership journeys. Alongside this, I am equally passionate about being a homeschool mom, supporting our teenagers in their education. Living in Ruby Bay, surrounded by the ocean and a close-knit community, keeps me grounded and inspired.
